Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through www.livelongevity.com, operated by Live Longevity LLC.

1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

Digital services, including The Courage Reps Team and other membership or text-based programs, begin delivering value immediately upon purchase. Because access is granted instantly and content is delivered daily, all subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date. Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of your paid period, and you will not be charged again.

2. Physical Products

Unopened and unused physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after it has been approved, check with your bank or credit card provider. Some institutions require additional processing time.

5. Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged physical products at no cost. If you received a damaged item, please email us within 7 days of delivery.
